QUOTATION STAGE

Once your detailed package is complete you will be eager to get quotes from builders.  Builders prices can vary considerably depending on circumstances. We always recommend obtaining 3 quotes from reputable builders.

You may  obtain quotes from builders yourself using our detailed package.  This gives you the assurance they are all pricing for the same work and you know what is included by the builder and which items you are providing.   
For further assurance and to ease the process our Quotation package can help. This includes an elemental breakdown of the work, a draft contract and our info pack.  

We will do the leg for you and request quotes from three builders, either those we have worked with before or builders that have been recommended to you by friends or family.  Once the quotes are in we will report back to you and you can make the final decision.

  • Send out our comprehensive package to builders to price, with a return date.

  • Respond to Pre construction queries from Contractors

  • Receive the Quotes from the contractors and Send you a report with recommendations.
