DETAIL DESIGN
Once the planning package is completed, and you have received any planning approvals that are required, you will be in a position to confidently instruct Allerton Design to progress to the detail stage.
The detail design stage normally takes 3-5 weeks. Allerton Design will prepare a detailed to design to comply with the current Building Regulations and make an application for Building Control Approval. We will then provide you with a professional package to obtain competitive quotes from building contractors.
DETAIL DESIGN PACKAGE
Our Detail Design Package is sufficient for most projects and includes:

Party wall notices to adjoining owners if required.

Plans, sections and elevations: Fully dimensioned with specification notes for Building Regulations and Construction

Standard roof details. Drainage, electrical and heating proposals.

Building Control Application including resolution of any queries from Building Control.

6 sets of drawings and information pack

Homeowner building contract.

Fulfillment of Duties of Principal Designer in accordance with the Building Safety Act
