HOW MUCH DO ALLERTON DESIGN CHARGE?
Allerton Design Fees are based on the number of rooms in your project. The Tables provide an indication of our fees for simple projects.
Peter will provide you with a firm fee proposal tailored for your project following your initial meeting.
Where additional Services are required we will dicuss these with you and provide a fixed fee tailored for your project.
Please note these fees do not include: planning and building control fees, structural engineers fees or any other consultants' fees. Peter will give you an indication of these with his fee proposal.
Payment will be invoiced on completion of each stage and may be made online by card, by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
NOTES FOR FEE TABLES
Rooms in Extension/Loft Conversion

If you require a Loft Conversion you need to include an additional room for the staircase.

Large Open Plan Kitchen/Day Area count as two rooms
For Alterations to Existing Count

Rooms in Garage Conversion
